At White's Bakery we have a great interest in helping out local communities and participating in charity events.
Our staff and customers have always been very generous with their time and money raising efforts for a whole range of charities.
Over the years we have supported many charities and have loved every minute.
2023
For Easter 2023, White's Bakery made a donation of Easter Eggs to Barnsley NHS for the Childrens Ward.
2022
Throughout November and December, over 9,000 people took part in the annual Rudolph Run in joint with Barnsley Hospice.
The fundraiser raised an INCREDIBLE £33,000 - which will go towards supporting the specialist care we provide at the hospice.

2020
Over the past months we have helped out the local community during the pandemic with donating home-baked goods which have helped all over the Yorkshire area from the Yorkshire Ambulance service to caring homes.
2018
Barnsley Hospice charity - White's Bakery took part in the Accumulator Challenge and managed to turn £28 into £8364.17!! A huge amount donated to the charity.
2017
Our Bakery Manager Mathew White and a few of his friends completed the 3 peaks in 24 hours in aid of Whizz-KidZ UK. They managed to raise a whopping £1043.27 for the charity.
The Royal British Legion charity - we donated a percentage of profit per cookie sold and managed to donate £200 to the charity.
